For a cutomer deploying Oracle ERP Clpud, the consultant will be esponsible for managing the target user roles design and security policy development and implementation including the user provisioning application.
Job scope:
Our customer are seeking a User Roles & Security Consultant to assist with the implementation of their Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation. The Consultant shall participate in various activities as prioritized by the Service Delivery PM.
These will include:
1) The design, build, documentation and test (in conjunction of the business) of a set of SCM job roles for a manufacturing plant already live in the system, ensuring that they provide only the necessary functional and data access and do not contain SOD conflicts or privileges invoking unnecessary licenses.
2) The design, build, documentation and test of custom support roles.
3) The review/specification of role and access design standards/principles for interfaces.
4) Oversight and review of the custom roles being developed by the system integrator to ensure that they meet the functional, SOD and compliance requirements. This shall include assisting in the development of the test scenarios and supporting the business and compliance teams in UATs, ensuring the testing is comprehensive and fully documented for compliance purposes.
5) Construction of the SOD privilege matrix in Config Snapshot, the tool that is used for SOD monitoring and reporting.
6) Provide functional and technical support to the development team building and implementing a User Access Management System for Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP.
7) Provide functional and technical support to the development team implementing the User Access Review Module for Oracle Fusion in the client User Access Review Portal.
8) To assist the security and change teams in the mapping and migration of user access in the legacy ERP to Oracle Fusion.
Profile:
Must have:
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication
- Extensive proven experience working as an Oracle ERP/Fusion Support Analyst or Functional Consultant for Oracle ERP Applications (Fusion Cloud). The Consultant shall be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of privileges, functional and data security policies, preferably in the SCM domain.
- The ideal consultant shall also have a strong business focus, understand the fundamentals of user provisioning, SOD (Segregation Of Duties) and Compliance and be able to make the translation between the business, compliance and technical teams.
- Broad Functional knowledge all Oracle ERP modules e.g., Finance, Procurement, Projects, Supply Chain & Inventory. HCM knowledge would also be an advantage.

Work experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar or relevant role.
Additional Information:
Position can be fully remote/offshore with the possibility of occasional travel to Paris or other locations as required. For local candidates, the position would be located at the customer's offices in Paris with a hybrid model allowing a mix of remote and on-site working in accordance with the Project needs.
