Customer has an objective of deploying O365 services throughout the Group for its 60,000 employees and migrating them from legacy applications.
In that respect Customer is looking for a roll our Manager.
He/She will be the single point of contact from the Program team for deployment activities in front of business units and technical teams.
He/She will lead the migration activities from existing messaging systems to O365 services with the focus on the shared mailboxes services.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities are:
é Be the Program Point of contact in front of the business for the Shared mailboxes activities
é Drive the different activities for developing, testing and deploying the migration service in coordination with the technical and communications teams
é Define the migration project plan in-line with global roadmap
é Define in coordination with the business users and technical teams the best migration approach for each case: clean-up, categorization, migration path
é Communicate to business the migration options to the business in coordination with the Change and communication team and help onboard them
é Coordination between the business and the technical teams to perform and support the deployment activities
é Planning the deployment waves in coordination with the business and technical teams to attain roadmap objectives
é Follow up on the post-migration activities and issues if any
é Ensures successful deployment, particularly through scheduling and monitoring planned activities
é Identify jobs at risk of missing deadlines and mitigate/escalate as appropriate
é Organize regular meetings with the different stakeholders to follow deployment progress
é Monitor and report on the different activities and achievements
Skills & Competences
é Strong Project management skills and proven experience in transverse and international implementations
é Workplace technical and Microsoft O365 migration experience
é English/French proficient, other languages a plus
é Strong communication, training and transversal management skills
é Ability to adapt to different cultures
é Availability for travels
